Off-the-shelf courses are $870 per course for a single institution or $1,165 per course for a white-label, multi-institution license. Q: How does the shared-course overlap discount work?

Many programs share the same foundational courses. The calculator counts each shared course only once across everything you select, so licensing several related programs costs far less than adding up each program’s full price on its own.

Q: What’s the difference between off-the-shelf and custom pricing?

Off-the-shelf courses (Category A) are ready-made and import immediately — $870 or $1,165 per course. Custom courses (Category B) are built to your specific outcomes and textbooks, with the option of an AI avatar of your own faculty — $1,500 to $3,000 per course, depending on whether you need single-institution, multi-institution, or full resell-and-edit rights.

Q: Is the “perpetual license” really pay-once, with no per-student fees?

Yes. You pay once per course. There is no time limit, no renewal fee, and no per-student charge. You use the courseware at your institution(s) indefinitely under the terms of your selected license tier.

Q: Are there discounts for licensing multiple programs?

The savings come from shared courses. Because overlapping courses are counted only once, the more related programs you license, the lower your effective cost per program. The calculator shows this automatically as you build your selection.
