Can I use this service even if Expert Education Consultants didn't launch my institution?
Absolutely. While we have a built-in advantage with institutions we launched (we already know your systems, policies, and regulatory history), we regularly onboard institutions that were launched independently or by other consultants. We'll conduct a comprehensive compliance audit during onboarding to understand your current state and build a management plan from there.
How is this different from hiring a compliance officer?
A single compliance officer can only know what they know. Our team of 35+ specialists brings collective expertise across all 50 states, multiple accreditors, federal regulations, and institutional types. What happens if we receive a compliance warning or are placed on probation?

Do you manage Title IV (federal financial aid) compliance?
Yes. Our Full Management tier includes financial aid compliance support, including R2T4 calculations, annual fiscal audits coordination, Clery Act reporting, and DOE compliance monitoring. For institutions that are pre-Title IV or not participating in federal aid, we still manage state-specific financial requirements and consumer protection disclosures.
How quickly can we start?
For existing Expert Education Consultants launch clients, transition to ongoing management is immediate — we already have your institutional documentation. For new clients, we typically conduct a 2–3 week onboarding assessment before beginning active management. There is no lengthy procurement or setup process.
Can this service be combined with staff augmentation?
Yes, and we recommend it. Many of our clients combine ongoing operations management with staff augmentation, effectively outsourcing both the people and the compliance oversight.
